Refund & Cancellation Policy

Entry fees for Global Diwali Spark 2026 are non-refundable, except in the rare event of official cancellation by the organizers or a verified duplicate payment.

Entry fees are non-refundable

• All registration fees are final, including in cases of voluntary withdrawal, disqualification, or failure to submit qualifying media before the deadline.

Official cancellation by the organizers

• If the organizers officially cancel the entire competition, each paid contestant receives a full refund.
• Refund requests may be submitted immediately after the official cancellation announcement and within seven (7) calendar days of that announcement; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Duplicate payments

• Verified duplicate charges for the same registration are refunded in full to the original payment method.
• Email support@globaldiwalispark.com with your registered email and payment reference within 7 days.
