This policy explains what personal data the Global Diwali Spark 2026 competition collects, how it is used, and your privacy rights. The data controller is Nevel, Mumbai.

Data we collect

• Full name, email address, phone number and location, plus the link to your entry and, if you choose to provide one, your social post.
• Payment reference identifiers only — card numbers, UPI IDs and bank credentials are handled solely by the Razorpay gateway and are never visible to us.

How your data is used

• Strictly for contest administration: verifying registration and payment, moderating entries, operating voting, judging, certificates, prizes and legal obligations.
• We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Your rights

• You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data under GDPR and India’s DPDP Act.
• Requests go to the designated Grievance Officer and are answered within 30 days. See the Contact & Grievance page.
